Marketing and Communications Specialist

The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of Manomet's marketing and communications efforts across digital and print channels. The position manages Manomet’s website and email content, supports marketing campaigns and audience engagement. Working as part of the External Relations Team and in collaboration with program staff throughout the organization, this role helps share Manomet's conservation work through engaging, accurate, and visually compelling communications.

Beyond the technical skills listed below, we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about the natural world and feels a personal connection to Manomet's mission of conservation science. This role calls for curiosity about birds, ecosystems, and the people protecting them, as well as the ability to connect authentically with colleagues, partners, and communities from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.
