The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, expert-level Marketing & Brand Strategist to work directly with the CEO in developing and executing marketing, brand, content, and growth strategies across a portfolio of businesses in healthcare, mental health, insurance, financial services, education, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

This is not an entry-level marketing or social media position.

We are looking for someone who understands how to take a business objective and translate it into a compelling marketing strategy, brand position, campaign, content plan, and lead-generation strategy that produces measurable growth.

The ideal candidate combines high-level strategic thinking with strong creative execution. You should be able to develop the strategy, shape the messaging, create or direct the visuals, leverage AI, launch campaigns, and analyze what is actually producing results.

What You'll Own

Marketing & Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies across multiple businesses
• Translate business goals into campaigns that generate awareness, qualified leads, appointments, enrollments, and customers
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging, positioning, offers, and calls-to-action
• Track and optimize performance based on meaningful business results—not simply likes and impressions

Brand & Creative Direction

• Create and strengthen distinctive brand identities across multiple companies
• Develop or direct high-quality graphics, advertisements, campaign creative, and digital assets
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, aesthetics, and visual presentation
• Bring a sophisticated understanding of design and what makes brands current, credible, and compelling
