Junior Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are growing our Tampa team and looking for energetic, people-oriented individuals to join us as a Junior Marketing Assistant.

We work alongside nonprofit organizations throughout the Tampa area and the surrounding communities - helping them connect with local residents, promote their programs, and grow their presence through genuine face-to-face marketing engagement at events and community settings.

This is a full-time, in-person W-2 position - not remote, not door-to-door, and not commission-only. Weekly pay and paid training from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives on behalf of our nonprofit partners
• Represent our nonprofit partners professionally and enthusiastically at local events, community hubs, and partner venues across the Tampa area
• Assist in promoting our partners' programs and initiatives through direct community engagement and face-to-face marketing
• Help organize and staff marketing events and outreach activations to maximize community participation and campaign awareness
• Build authentic relationships with community members through consistent, people-first marketing engagement
• Use mobile tools to log interactions, track campaign activity, and support basic marketing data collection
• Support fundraising campaigns and help drive community involvement through targeted outreach efforts
• Contribute to social media efforts by helping document events and community activations in the field

• Have a strong interest in marketing, community outreach, or nonprofit work
• Stay active, show up consistently, and take your commitments seriously
• Are comfortable with basic tools like mobile apps and productivity software
• Are bilingual - a real asset when executing marketing campaign
