We are seeking a dynamic Junior Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team! This entry level paid position offers a fantastic platform to develop your skills in content creation, digital marketing, social performance monitoring, and social media management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Regularly visit company jobsites to capture photos, videos, and social media content.
• Document before-and-after transformations & the project process.
• Collaborate with our team to develop social media marketing ideas.
• Monitor digital performance, proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Learn about construction, business operations, and marketing along the way.
• Support media editing tasks including video editing and photography for multimedia content.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Students and entry-level applicants encouraged to apply. No professional experience required.
• Creative, dependable, eager to learn.
• Familiar with content creation and how to navigate multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok.
• Skilled in basic media editing tools, filming using a smartphone, and social media management.
• Understanding social media marketing strategies including paid advertising and campaigns.
• Ability to analyze & monitor social media data / marketing performance to build content strategies and improve engagement rates.
• Strong English Language skills with an emphasis on clear writing, and proofreading abilities.
• Portuguese / Spanish language skills (bonus)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for jobsite visits. (required)

POSITION DETAILS

Schedule: Report to our East Boca Raton office Monday-Friday, 5hrs per day, approximately 25 hours per week. Pay: $15-$18/hour, depending on experience. Hands-on training and room to grow with the company.
