Integrated Marketing Manager

ThermoAnalytics, Inc., a leading provider of thermal and infrared simulation software and services, seeks an Integrated Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing team in either Novi, Michigan or Calumet, Michigan. This full-time role offers the opportunity for a hybrid remote schedule, with weekly onsite/in-office hours.

This role is ideal for a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys turning strategy into action, bringing technical stories to life, and keeping multi-channel campaigns moving from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing, technical experts, and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, support business growth, and generate qualified leads across key markets including automotive, aerospace, and defense. This position is also a strong growth opportunity for someone looking to develop into a demand generation leader by mastering digital acquisition, testing, reporting, and full-funnel campaign management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO.

Campaign Execution & Content Coordination

• Act as project manager for marketing campaigns — plan, build, and execute demand generation initiatives across multiple channels.
• Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and creative requirements in collaboration with design teams.
• Coordinate with product teams, application engineers, and sales to produce high-value technical assets, including webinars, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, emails, landing pages, and blog posts tailored to target audiences.
