Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Lead (Contract)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Lead to take ownership of our influencer, ambassador, and affiliate programs across multiple apparel and lifestyle brands, including Legendary Whitetails, Thorogood Workwear, a beachwear brand, and additional women’s western-inspired lifestyle brands.

This is a contract role reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing. We need someone who can step in, assess what we’re currently doing, develop a strategy, and run these programs from end to end with minimal oversight.

This is not simply an influencer outreach or gifting position. You’ll be responsible for finding the right partners, building relationships, negotiating deals, managing campaigns and deliverables, growing our affiliate programs, analyzing performance, and continually identifying ways to make the programs stronger.

What You’ll Do

• Own influencer, ambassador, and affiliate strategy across multiple brands.
• Research, vet, recruit, and build relationships with influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and UGC creators.
• Develop different creator strategies based on each brand’s unique audience, aesthetic, and goals.
• Manage creator outreach and ongoing communication with influencers, managers, and agents.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, product compensation, usage rights, and partnership terms.
• Manage partnerships from initial outreach through contracts, product shipment, content delivery, analytics, and final reporting.
• Develop influencer campaigns around product launches, promotions, events, seasonal initiatives, and other marketing priorities.
• Create professional campaign briefs, influencer guidelines, ambassador materials, and partnership decks using Canva.
• Maintain organized influencer and ambassador databases, including contact information, rates, products sent, deliverables, usage rights, and partnership history.
