Restoring Function HHC is seeking an experienced Home Health Care Sales Liaison to grow our established Fort Worth territory.

We are a family-owned, faith-based, Medicare-certified home health agency with 13 consecutive years of Joint Commission accreditation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced home health sales professional to step into an established territory with existing relationships that is primed for continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Grow home health referrals and admissions throughout the Fort Worth market
• Strengthen existing referral relationships while actively developing new ones
• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, assisted living communities, wound care providers, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate referral partners about our services and appropriate home health patients
• Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources
• Track marketing activity, referrals, and results
• Meet established referral and admission growth expectations

Home Health Sales Experience REQUIRED

Previous sales, marketing, and referral-development experience specifically with a HOME HEALTH AGENCY is required.

General healthcare sales experience alone does not meet this requirement.
