As MCG continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Healthcare Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing efforts and help us build a stronger, more strategic approach to practice growth.

We're looking for a marketing professional with healthcare marketing experience—someone who understands how to build brand awareness, reach the right audiences, strengthen referral channels, communicate healthcare services effectively, and turn marketing activity into measurable results.

This is a hands-on marketing management role. The position does not currently supervise a marketing team. Instead, you'll be responsible for developing MCG's marketing strategy and personally executing priority marketing initiatives within a focused part-time schedule.

MCG leadership will provide organizational priorities, information about our services and clinical capacity, brand guidance, and necessary approvals. You'll bring the marketing expertise, strategy, ideas, creativity, and execution.

About the Role

The Healthcare Marketing Manager will manage MCG's day-to-day marketing function across marketing strategy, brand awareness, digital marketing, content, referral marketing, and client acquisition.

This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
