Head of Growth

is seeking a Head of Growth for our client, a leading provider of parking enforcement and citation management software designed specifically for municipalities. Our client’s new platform and ecosystem for modernizing curbside compliance through digital permitting, citation issuance, payment processing, and revenue reconciliation for large cities and municipalities.

The ideal candidate will be an established B2G revenue leader at a “Tier 1” level with a proven track record of selling technology to the top 100 municipal and public-sector clients and leading revenue across new business, customer retention, and expansion. The successful candidate will be a strategic, customer-focused leader with strong financial acumen, executive presence, and experience building high-performing revenue organizations.

In this position you will be responsible for total revenue performance across new business, renewals, and expansion while leading Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. The successful candidate will have experience in establishing revenue strategy, strengthening pipeline and forecasting discipline, developing strategic partnerships, supporting complex pursuits, and building long-term relationships with municipal decision-makers. This is a Remote position within the United States with 30–40% travel required.

• Revenue performance across new business, renewals, and customer expansion.
• Lead the revenue organization spanning Sales, Customer Success, Capture/Proposal Management, and Revenue Operations.
• Develop revenue strategy, targets, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and accountability structures.
