D’IYANU is a leading ecommerce fashion brand rooted in African-inspired design, creating modern apparel that celebrates culture, confidence, and identity. Through bold prints, elevated silhouettes, and meaningful storytelling, we serve a global customer base across ecommerce and marketplace channels. We are entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a Head of Growth to help scale the business. This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for a growth-minded operator who can drive revenue, build structure, create accountability, and help evolve D’IYANU into a more scalable, performance-driven brand. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic leader, growth marketer, ecommerce operator, and team builder — someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and knows how to turn ideas into measurable execution.

The Opportunity

As Head of Growth, you will own customer acquisition, ecommerce growth, and revenue performance across D’IYANU’s direct-to-consumer business, with a primary focus on paid acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitable growth. Amazon and marketplace channels are secondary growth areas that require strategic oversight. You will be responsible for building systems, improving execution, increasing accountability, and leading the overall growth engine of the business. You will work directly with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities, solve bottlenecks, and drive measurable business performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution — someone who can think big while also rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
