Just Appraised is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to build and run the programs that turn our existing customer base and top-of-funnel activity into pipeline: proactive email lead gen, webinars, and case studies, with room to pick up light product marketing work along the way.

This is a full-stack, hands-on role. The right person leans demand gen over pure-play product marketing, is comfortable owning a program end to end rather than a single piece of it, and doesn't need a big team to get things shipped. What you'll do Email Marketing* Stand up proactive, always-on lead gen email programs. This channel doesn't exist today, so the first job is building it, not just optimizing something already running. * Own nurture and reactivation sequences, segmentation, cadence, and reporting (opens, clicks, MQLs generated).
