Position Summary

Capella Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced, commercially focused Global Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across North America and the United Kingdom. This role is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening brand awareness, supporting customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives.

The Global Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and business leaders to develop annual marketing plans, oversee multi-channel campaigns, lead the UK and the NA Marketing Teams, and ensure a consistent global brand while adapting marketing activities to meet local market requirements.

The successful candidate will be both a strategic thinker and hands-on marketing leader, capable of translating business objectives into effective marketing initiatives that drive measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

• Develop and implement the company's global marketing strategy in alignment with business growth objectives.
• Create, own, and execute annual marketing plans, priorities, budgets, and performance measures.
• Identify market opportunities, customer trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with sales, product, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure marketing activities support revenue growth and business objectives.
• Support market expansion, product launches, and growth initiatives across existing and developing territories.

Brand Management

• Act as the company's brand champion, ensuring consistency of messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all markets and channels.
• Maintain and enh
