We're hiring motivated individuals for an in-person, face-to-face sales and marketing role — no remote work, no cold calling. You'll represent our clients directly at live events and retail locations across NYC.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you build real, transferable sales and communication skills.

What You'll Do

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will

• Engage face-to-face with customers at events and retail locations
• Present products and services in a professional, engaging way
• Build strong customer relationships
• Learn and apply proven sales and communication strategies
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Develop professional communication, leadership, and business skills
• Work closely with an experienced team in a fast-paced, in-person environment

• Confident communicating face-to-face with others
• Goal-oriented and competitive
• Reliable and hardworking — able to commit to Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-person, team environment
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

What We Offer

• Average rep earnings: $3,200–$5,200/month, performance-based (paid weekly)
