Event Marketing Assistant

We are hiring a full-time Event Marketing Assistant to support in-person marketing campaigns inside retail locations and at local events. This role involves direct customer interaction, product promotion, and assisting with sales activities for client campaigns.

This is an entry-level, in-person position with paid training provided. Employees are expected to work on-site in the Middlesex County area.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and maintain marketing displays and promotional materials at retail locations and events
• Speak with customers to provide information about products, services, and current promotions
• Represent client brands in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Assist with executing marketing campaigns and tracking customer engagement
• Support team leads and managers with daily campaign tasks
• Help train new team members on basic responsibilities (after training is completed)
• Contribute to overall sales goals through customer interactions

Requirements

• Must be located in the Woodbridge, NJ area or able to commute daily
• Full-time availability (this is not a part-time or remote role)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned locations
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a retail/event environment

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
