Entry Level Marketing Associate

Looking to get your start in marketing, sales, and customer engagement? We’re growing our Sacramento team and looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain hands-on professional experience.

This is a fully in-person, customer-facing role. Our team represents client brands within established retail environments, where you’ll connect directly with customers, support promotional campaigns, and help generate new customer acquisitions.

No previous marketing experience is required. Training is provided!

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands within retail environments
• Engage with customers and explain current products and promotions
• Support face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
• Build communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Participate in team training and campaign meetings
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

What to Expect

This is an in-person direct marketing and sales position, with campaigns conducted inside retail locations throughout the Sacramento area. This is not a remote, hybrid, social media, or digital marketing role.

We provide hands-on training, ongoing development, and opportunities to take on additional responsibilities based on performance and readiness.
