Entry-Level Marketing Associate

The Catalyst Corporation is a sales and marketing firm. We represent national brands in the technology, telecommunications, renewable energy, and home security industries. Our team works directly with consumers at retail locations, promotional events, and community outreach campaigns to educate customers, generate interest, and acquire new customers for our clients.

This is a face-to-face customer acquisition position. It is not a remote position, door-to-door sales position, or call center role.

Compensation

• W2 employment
• Weekly base salary of $700-$900 per week, based on experience and qualifications
• Uncapped commission opportunities based on individual performance
• Paid training provided

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative, you will represent client products and services directly to customers in person. Daily responsibilities include:

• Working at assigned retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns
• Educating customers about technology, telecommunications, renewable energy, and home security products and services
• Approaching and engaging prospective customers face-to-face
• Answering customer questions regarding products, pricing, and promotions
• Generating leads and acquiring new customers for client programs
• Processing customer enrollments and applications when applicable
• Maintaining product knowledge and staying current on promotions
• Meeting individual sales and customer acquisition goals
• Completing required reporting and administrative tasks
• Traveling locally between Oak Brook and assigned campaign locations within approximately 30 miles
