JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Manager is responsible for accelerating eCommerce growth through best-in-class digital media and digital shelf strategies and execution. In this position, you will play a critical role as the strategic and operational leader in driving profitable growth primarily on Walmart, but with experience and knowledge of the omnichannel ecosystem (especially Target.com, Costco.com, Kroger.com). You will be responsible for leading the retail media strategy with Walmart in-line with brand strategies, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, driving the digital shelf and content strategy, managing the retail media budgets, and leading agency team. This position requires a unique combination of strategic leadership, sales experience and hands-on execution; candidates with previous CPG brand management and/or sales experience are a plus.
