We are looking for a builder. This role owns customer acquisition end to end and comes with unusual latitude to rebuild how it works: the channel mix, the measurement, the reporting, and the standards the whole function is held to. The mandate is to make the marketing operation as strong as the brand it serves.

This suits someone who would rather construct something than inherit it, and who wants their work visible in the numbers within the first year.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across all customer acquisition channels
• Lead and optimize large-scale Google Ads programs, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, remarketing, and local campaigns
• Own conversion measurement end to end, including how offline outcomes are captured and fed back into the ad platforms
• Own Google Business Profile and local search performance across our locations
• Develop and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok, plus testing into platforms where our audience actually is
• Drive organic social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Oversee SEO strategy and agency/vendor relationships to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion performance
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and lower cost per acquired patient
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels based on performance
