About the Role

Liberty Rent is looking for an experienced, hands-on Director of Marketing to help us strengthen our position in the multifamily industry and build a more intentional, measurable marketing engine. Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations & Marketing, this role will take the company's broader marketing strategy and turn it into action—building programs that increase brand awareness, reach the right multifamily decision-makers, generate qualified opportunities, strengthen our industry reputation, and give our Sales team the tools they need to grow. This is not a role focused solely on managing social media or producing marketing materials. We are looking for someone who understands how marketing supports growth and can connect the dots between our website, content, digital campaigns, industry presence, reputation, sales outreach, and ultimately revenue. Because our customers are multifamily owners, operators, and property management companies, experience within the multifamily/property management industry is strongly preferred.

What You'll Own

Website, SEO & Digital Experience

Own the ongoing strategy and optimization of Liberty Rent's website with a focus on attracting and converting B2B audiences. You'll work with our external partners to:

• Improve SEO and organic visibility
• Identify new content and landing-page opportunities
• Improve calls to action and lead capture
• Evaluate website traffic, behavior, and conversion
• Develop content for priority markets and audiences
• Optimize existing tools and resources that drive engagement
• Ensure the website clearly communicates Liberty Rent's value to multifamily operators

The goal isn't simply more website traffic. It's attracting more of the right people and giving them a reason to engage with Liberty Rent.
