Brand Engagement Network (BEN) is a publicly traded AI company focused on transforming how businesses engage with their customers through intelligent, personalized AI-powered experiences.

As BEN continues to grow across multiple businesses, brands, and international markets, we are looking for a Director of Marketing who can bring our marketing efforts together while supporting the unique needs of each part of the organization.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is comfortable moving between strategy and execution and who enjoys building in an environment where not everything has already been created for them.

The Role

BEN is seeking a versatile and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead marketing across BEN and its portfolio of businesses and entities.

This is an all-around marketing leadership role. You will be responsible for developing the broader marketing strategy while also being willing and able to execute the work needed to bring that strategy to life.

One day you may be working with leadership on positioning and go-to-market strategy, and the next you may be developing content, managing a website update, coordinating a campaign, preparing materials for an event, or helping one of our businesses launch a new product.

Because BEN operates across different businesses and markets, this person will need to understand when we should operate under a unified strategy and when an individual brand or entity needs its own approach.

The ideal candidate is a strong generalist who understands the full marketing lifecycle, can prioritize competing needs, and is comfortable building the marketing infrastructure of a growing global company.
