Position Summary

Mercedes-Benz of Springfield and Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet are seeking a strategic, analytical and hands-on Director of Marketing & Customer Growth to lead marketing for both dealerships.

This person will own the marketing function from strategy through execution and measurement. They will develop an integrated multichannel marketing strategy, determine how and where marketing dollars should be invested, coordinate internal and external resources, and continually evaluate what is working.

The goal is simple: use marketing, customer data, technology and AI to help us sell more vehicles, service more vehicles, sell more parts and build stronger long-term customer relationships.

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, commercially minded and constantly looking for ways to improve performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for both dealerships.
• Translate business priorities into annual, quarterly and campaign-level marketing plans.
• Manage the marketing budget and recommend how resources should be allocated based on opportunity, performance and ROI.
• Develop integrated campaigns across sales, service, parts, customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage campaigns from concept through execution, measurement and optimization.
• Coordinate internal marketing resources, agencies, vendors and service providers to ensure effective execution.
