Director of Marketing and Communications

Premier Women's Health of Minnesota is looking for a motivated individual to fullfill the role of Director of Marketing & Communication. This role is mainly remote, however ability to work or attend meetings at any Premier Women's Health of Minnesota care center location as needed.

Position Summary

The Director of Marketing and Communications provides strategic leadership and enterprise-wide oversight for marketing, communications, brand management, patient engagement, and growth initiatives across Premier Women’s Health of Minnesota (Premier) and its affiliated care centers: MetroPartners OBGYN, OBGYN West, Oakdale OBGYN, and Southdale OBGYN.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director develops and executes an integrated marketing and communications strategy that strengthens Premier’s overall market position while preserving and supporting the established identities, reputations, and local relationships of each care center. The Director works collaboratively with Premier executive and physician leadership, care center leaders, physicians and advanced practice providers, and Unified Women’s Health marketing and communications resources to align local initiatives with broader organizational strategies and available MSO resources.

This position serves as Premier’s subject matter expert and primary point of accountability for marketing strategy, digital presence, brand management, internal and external communications, patient acquisition and retention initiatives, community outreach, reputation management, and marketing performance measurement. The Director uses data and market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments, and ensure Premier maintains a strong and consistent presence within the highly competitive Twin Cities women’s healthcare market.
