About the Role

Who we are looking for

You'll be the strategic thread that ties Nectar's channel specialists into one cohesive story for our clients, someone who can look across paid social, paid search, social commerce, website performance, content marketing, and CRM, and see the single strategy that should be running underneath all of it, with paid media as the center of gravity.

You're not chasing a people-management title. You're the senior strategic voice in the room: the one who can sit across from a client's leadership team, defend a budget shift, field a hard multidisciplinary question, and walk out with more trust than you walked in with.

You'll work hand-in-hand with our paid social and paid search ad buyers, content marketing specialists, and CRM specialists, not as their manager, but as the strategist who helps harmonize their individual channel plans into one defensible narrative for the client, and who steps in when a conversation calls for more seniority than day-to-day execution requires.
