As we continue to grow, we are looking for a relationship-driven leader who can help expand our presence throughout the senior living and skilled nursing markets.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Director of Growth & Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and expansion of strategic relationships with senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), regional operators, ownership groups, and other post-acute healthcare organizations.

This is a relationship-first growth position. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, developing trust, understanding an organization"s challenges, and creating partnerships that provide long-term value.

Rather than simply selling a service, this individual will serve as a strategic partner and ambassador for our organization, identifying opportunities to connect with healthcare leaders, building our brand within the market, developing referral and partnership channels, and guiding prospective partners from initial relationship through successful engagement.

The Director of Growth & Strategic Partnerships will work closely with executive, clinical, and operational leadership to identify opportunities, develop customized partnership strategies, and ensure a strong experience from the first conversation through implementation and beyond.
