Scope of Position

The Director, Digital Marketing, Operations & Analytics is a senior, business-oriented digital marketing leader responsible for defining and scaling the digital experience, marketing technology, analytics and marketing operations capabilities that strengthen customer engagement, demand creation and commercial performance across the Americas.

This role leads a shared-services Center of Excellence that partners with regional marketing, product marketing, sales, customer experience, IT and commercial teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey, modernize digital platforms, increase discoverability, enable ecommerce and digital marketing channel growth, and translate data into actionable business insight. The leader is expected to build high-performing teams, establish clear governance, advance AI-enabled ways of working and ensure Watts’ digital experience reflects the quality, reliability and innovation of the brand.
