ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative marketing associate with digital marketing skills, to drive lead generation campaigns in an evolving global business. This Los Angeles based role is part of our global marketing team, with offices in the UK, France, Germany and India.

The seat carries real ownership: our email campaigns, paid search, website updates, blog, LinkedIn presence and event promotion all run through it. Much of the repetitive work is already automated by our in-house marketing system, so the job is the writing, the judgment and the follow-through rather than the data entry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Email Campaigns & Lead Generation

- Send 5-6 email campaigns per month

- Hit email benchmarks: ≥20-25% average open rate, ≥2-3% click-through

- Turn campaign briefs around within 3 business days

- Keep lists clean: monthly scrub, bounce rate under 2%

- Run incoming and outgoing nurture campaigns that move leads through the funnel

- Keep current customers up to date and promote new products and services to them

- Build targeted prospect lists in Apollo (industry, title, company size
