As we meet the needs of our expanding portfolio, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is an experienced strategic thinker. We need someone who understands how to integrate multiple digital marketing channels into powerful campaigns that drive real results for our clients.

About the Role

This role can be somewhat flexible: starting as part time, moving to full-time over the first 3-6 months. The right person in this role will work closely with our Creative Director, Account Director, and Marketing Services team to create and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns for our clients. You’ll be responsible for developing marketing strategies that align with client goals, collaborating with our internal marketing team, reporting on and ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable results.‍

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive measurable growth across paid, owned, and organic digital channels.
• Take a hands-on role in the day-to-day management and optimization of paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and other relevant platforms. Regularly evaluate targeting, audiences, keywords, bidding, budgets, creative performance, conversion data, and campaign structure to improve performance and maximize ROI.
• Work closely with Account Directors and/or individual clients to understand their business goals and translate them into actionable digital marketing plans.
• Interpret marketing data and insights and apply findings directly to campaign str
