We’re looking for a creative, visually minded Digital Marketing Associate to help introduce our brands to new audiences and keep our existing communities engaged.

About the Role

This is a hands-on creative role focused on social media content, graphic design, and digital ad creation. You’ll work with our photography, editorial stories, product imagery, and video footage to create compelling content across our three brands.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design who is confident in Canva and enjoys taking an idea through to a finished piece. You should be comfortable designing a polished graphic, writing an engaging caption, and finding fresh ways to showcase our magazines, educational offerings, and events.

Working with our publishing and creative teams, you’ll help turn a rich collection of stories and imagery into content that builds awareness, attracts subscribers, and supports sales.

What You’ll Do

• Create social media content. Design graphics, carousels, Stories, and other content for Instagram, Facebook, and additional channels as needed.
• Design digital ads. Create static and simple video ads for paid social campaigns, developing variations that test different images, headlines, and messages.
• Work extensively in design software. Develop original layouts, build reusable templates, resize assets for different placements, and maintain consistent branding.
• Bring our stories to life online. Transform magazine features, interviews, photography, reader testimonials, and behind-the-scenes material into engaging content.
• Produce short-form video. Turn supplied footage and imagery into Reels, promotional
