#### Job Responsibilities

• Marketing, Content & Campaign Support
• Support the marketing team daily and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for innovative social media, paid ads, and promotional campaigns
• Plan and create engaging content — social posts, short videos, memes, newsletters, and more
• Record short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, Stories) showcasing how SolutionInn helps students
• Draft and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
• Help with planning and execution of future campaigns and on-campus promotions
• Actively reach out to student creators and micro-influencers for our Affiliate Program to grow our network and drive new sign-ups
• Drive sign-ups and conversions by promoting SolutionInn’s platform to your friends, classmates, clubs, and student communities
• Use sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo to find and follow up with leads
• Earn commission on successful referrals and bonuses for top performance
