Responsibilities

As the Digital Growth Analyst at Travel Leaders Network you will be the lead for data and analytics and guiding our business through digital and website strategy, development, user experience and more. You will be the driving force in bridging the gap between Marketing, Technology, Creative, External Partners and others within the business. You will lead the day-to-day efforts with data and analytics, oversee website performance and optimization, A/B testing, be the guiding voice for UX/UI Design, oversee Google Ad Performance, and more. About You You are a data-driven problem solver that enjoys being the first to spot issues, abnormalities and trends. Troubleshooting, providing solutions and testing theories while leading the team to a win is what keeps you going. You have the unique ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the business.
