### About the Role

We're seeking a performance marketer who can deliver against the strategy and manage the systems behind generating a high-quality pipeline. As our Demand Gen Manager, you'll lead campaign execution, optimize funnel performance, and use AI to make our systems and reporting smarter and faster as we scale.

This role blends hands-on demand gen work (paid media, email nurtures, webinars) with platform management across HubSpot and all other campaign and funnel reporting. You'll also build and maintain the AI-enabled infrastructure (think Clay, GTM engineering workflows, and automation) that lets a lean team punch above its weight. You'll support our Partner, customer, and pipeline marketing initiatives.

A normal day in this role

: In the morning, you're reviewing paid ad performance to optimize spend. By noon, you're building a nurture workflow in HubSpot and using Clay to enrich and score inbound leads before they hit Sales. Later, you're prepping a customer campaign to boost G2 reviews and wrapping up an AI-assisted reporting dashboard that surfaces the why behind campaign ROI for the Chief Marketing Officer.
