The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As the Vertical Marketing Manager - Data Center / EBO, you will lead the global vertical marketing plan for 3M's Data Center growth ambition — with a focus on Expanded Beam Optical (EBO) solutions. You will support 3Ms growth ambitions in the Data Center vertical through messaging and positioning, demand generation, executive engagement, and customer storytelling.

You are the strategic marketing owner for the Data Center vertical, partnering with the Vertical Business team, Sales, Portfolio, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Field & Channel Marketing.

In this role, you will make an impact by

• Owning the global Data Center vertical marketing plan, translating vertical business priorities and growth targets into an integrated marketing agenda covering vertical messaging and positioning, campaigns, content, events, executive engagement, and customer storytelling.
• Working with Sales and customer-facing teams to improve readiness for launches and campaigns by developing internal briefs, FAQs, email templates, talk tracks, and related enablement tools
• Partnering with Business and Product Leaders to define Data Center messaging, positioning, value propositions, and differentiators — including buying-group engagement strategies across cloud providers, colocation providers, ne
