The Role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Support & Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across multiple social media platforms, engaging with our community, posting compelling content, and providing exceptional customer support. Your enthusiasm for digital marketing, social media management, and relationship building will help elevate our online presence and foster meaningful connections with our audience. This role is primarily focused on customer support and administrative duties, while also helping manage our US social media presence. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, assisting with inquiries over the phone and online, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring our social media accounts remain active and engaging. We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers, highly organised, and understands how to manage business social media accounts.

Responsibilities

Customer Support & Administration

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Assist customers with product information, order updates, and general inquiries
• Complete general administrative tasks and support daily business operations
• Collect parcels and mail from our PO Box when required
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
