Social Media Manager

JohnHart Real Estate has 12 offices and over 550 agents working tirelessly to help clients sell and purchase homes. It's no surprise that we have a team of highly motivated individuals assisting them in being the best at what they do.

We are adding a social media expert to our team to assist our Director of Digital Media in all thing’s exposure- from homes, to agents, to recruitment to boosting our name recognition in the areas we serve. This driven individual not only needs to have a passion for social and marketing but the analytics knowledge and experience to back it up. If you haven’t delved into the nitty gritty of Facebook and Instagram advertising (pixel, website retargeting, creating custom audiences, etc.) with some Google and YouTube experience for good measure then the stars are not aligned for us.

If the idea of controlling ad spend to drive results (which you have proven you can do at several previous jobs) gets you antsy to hit the apply button, then we may be a match.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Focus on creating custom social media marketing plans to drive traction, including:
• Utilizing Facebook pixel
• Website retargeting
• Creating custom audiences
• Lookalike campaigns
• Interest targeting and working around a Special Ads Category
• Schedule posts and decode insights
• Responsible for thousands of dollars of ad spend- expectation is to spend wisely and drive results through structured spending strategies
• Quantifiable growth of the business through marketing efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube advertising
• Knowledge and experience with Facebook pixel
• 3+ years’ experience in social ad spending and can provide analytics data

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of social media ad spending management
• Facebook Blueprint certification a major plus
• Some college course work preferred
