Coordinator, Social Media & Marketing (ENTRY LEVEL)

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will help drive ticket sales, merchandise revenue, and fan engagement by creating data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms. This role is sales-focused, with an expectation to understand analytics, optimize campaigns, and meet measurable sales goals while building Locomotive's digital presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop, schedule, and execute social media and digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). * Create compelling content (graphics and video) that drives fan engagement and ticket/merchandise sales. * Collaborate with the Marketing, Ticketing, Retail, and Corporate Partnership teams to design digital sales campaigns that meet revenue goals. * Collaborate with the VP of Business Strategy to track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools. * Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI. * Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (social media ads, Google ads, etc.). * Assist with e-newsletters, website updates, and other digital communications to drive lead generation for sales teams. * Support gameday and event operations by capturing live content and promoting ticket/merchandise offers. * Stay current on social media and digital marketing trends and track KPIs to enhance revenue and brand strategies. * Pitch creative concepts and contribute to Promotions & Marketing meetings for digital series, social content themes, and brand campaigns. * Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. * One year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or sales. * Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital ad tools, and analytics platforms. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Creative mindset with attention to
