We have more than 500 team members across multiple offices, primarily in Calabasas CA, San Diego CA, Woodridge IL, Minneapolis, MN and Pleasanton, CA. We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing leader to join our team who will own the creative engine behind our Meta and TikTok spend across the portfolio, from concept through final cut, measured on CAC and ROAS. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce and a proven track record in customer acquisition. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can oversee the development of compelling campaigns and execute high-performing digital marketing strategies. A deep understanding of performance marketing is essential, along with the ability to analyze data and optimize creative for maximum impact. This individual must be able to articulate the reasoning behind marketing decisions and leverage insights to drive future growth.
