Content & Growth Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

A growing natural hair care brand is looking for a creative, organized, and growth-minded Content & Growth Marketing Coordinator to help grow our audience, strengthen our online community, and turn great content into customers.

This is not simply a social media posting position. We need someone who can bring ideas to the table and create content with a purpose building trust, attracting potential customers, growing our email list, showcasing products, and helping generate sales.

Responsibilities

Create Community Content

* Plan and create engaging content for our Facebook community, including educational posts, conversations, hair-care tips, product content, and posts designed to encourage engagement and sales.

Develop Content Ideas

• Come up with creative ideas for:
• Photos and lifestyle content
• Captions and written posts
• Educational hair content
• Short-form videos and Reels
• Product demonstrations and routines

What We're Looking For

• Creative and full of ideas
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfortable creating social media content
• Comfortable reaching out to influencers and creators
• Understands how content can support customer acquisition and sales
• Organized and able to work independently
• Familiar with natural hair, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce
• Able to look at results and adjust content based on what’s working

Experience with Canva, Shopify, email marketing, influencer marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
