A-TEAM Home Care Inc. is a trusted leader in Skilled Nursing and Personal Care Assistance. Services are provided throughout Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. A-TEAM is a trusted resource for both home care professionals and families.

We are currently looking for an experienced Marketer/Community Liaison to generate new client leads and community connections. The main office is located in Feasterville, PA, but the majority of the work will be performed throughout Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties. Interested candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in generating new business preferably in the home healthcare industry.

Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing

• Develop new referral sources in the community.
• Strengthen relationships with existing referral sources.
• Promote the agency services in the community, including attending events, community groups.
• Communicate with office staff on new leads and potential clients.
• Create a client base through the Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) and MCOs.

Requirements of the Director of Marketing

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in generating new business preferably in the home healthcare industry.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute on a regular basis.
• Should have access to networks of service coordinators, clients, or facilities. You must have some connections to help establish referral sources to start.
• Well-versed and familiar with Medicaid/Medicare, Maximus, Home Care (Community Health Choices), HHA Exchange.
• Sales experience with Home Health, Hospice or other "relation-based" sales positions will be very helpful.
• Great communicator. Outgoing personality.
• Organized and very detailed oriented.
• Self starter with actionable game plan from day one.
• Basic Excel skills.
