Position Summary

The Communications and Marketing Manager is a management role responsible for supporting Baltimore Tree Trust’s brand, marketing, and communications strategy. This position plays a key role in ensuring the organization effectively communicates its mission to expand Baltimore’s urban tree canopy to donors, volunteers, and the community. Reporting to the Senior Development Director, the Communications and Marketing Manager supports day-to-day strategic activities, including brand management, digital channel oversight, content and campaign creation, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic, and mission-driven professional interested in elevating the visibility and reputation of an environmental nonprofit.
