Chief Marketing Officer

Job Overview

As Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll set the marketing direction and turn business priorities into clear, measurable campaigns. You’ll lead marketing, advertising, or public relations teams; guide brand and content strategy; and partner across functions to connect customer insight with business growth. This role brings together B2B marketing, digital and multichannel marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing strategy, manage budgets, and oversee campaign planning and execution across digital, social, email, and print channels.
• Lead content marketing, content writing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, social media advertising, and advertising sales initiatives.
• Build demand generation programs and implement marketing automation tools; oversee customer relationship management (CRM) systems and email marketing.
• Use research, Google Analytics, web analytics reporting, and other analytics to guide data-driven decisions and improve campaign performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, marketing project management, and team development; coordinate with product management and creative partners on graphic design and campaign assets.
• Your impact: By aligning customer insights, creative work, and campaign performance, you help teams reach relevant audiences with useful messages.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in marketing management, team leadership, and managing marketing, advertising, or public relations teams.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and campaign management.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising; experience with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is valuable.
• Strong communication, research, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
