Channel Marketing Specialist — Amazon & Walmart (Full-time)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team on-site at our Nashua, NH office. This is a fully in-office position and is not a remote role. In this role, you will independently develop, execute, and refine a wide range of content across our products, brand initiatives, e-commerce platforms, email campaigns, and social media channels. As a key contributor, you will help steer creative direction, elevate brand storytelling, and drive impactful marketing projects, including product merchandising, content development, video concepts, and both online and offline campaign execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Walmart (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, keywords, variations)
• Create and manage FBA shipment/order plans to keep inventory in stock and compliant with Amazon requirements
• Plan and execute sponsored ad campaigns (PPC) and promotions on both platforms
• Monitor competitor pricing, listings, and category trends; recommend action plans
• Track and report on sales performance, ad spend, and key marketplace metrics
• Troubleshoot account health issues, listing suppressions, and policy compliance
• Collaborate with supply chain/operations to align inventory levels with sales forecasts

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing an Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center account strongly preferred
• Experience creating and managing FBA orders/shipments a big plus
• Familiarity with Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products/Brands) and Walmart Sponsored Search
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with sales and performance data
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning results
• This is a fully in-office position and is not a remote role.
