This role provides critical leadership and oversight for marketing compliance activities, ensuring all sales and marketing materials meet federal and state regulatory requirements while supporting the growth of our business and protecting the trust of our members and partners.Position Overview

The Associate Director, Marketing Compliance is responsible for overseeing compliance activities related to marketing and sales operations, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, contractual obligations, and organizational policies. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and external agency partners to promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and governance for sales agencies and marketing partners to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational marketing requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls related to marketing and sales activities.
• Lead compliance monitoring efforts designed to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze emerging regulatory changes and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding compliance performance, findings, and risk mitigation efforts.
