Associate Digital Marketing Manager

THE POSITION

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will support the execution and optimization of Parse Biosciences' digital marketing programs across multiple channels. This role will help drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and demand generation through digital campaigns, website content, email, social media, paid media, and other digital initiatives.

Working closely with colleagues across Marketing and other commercial teams, this individual will help develop and execute campaigns, create engaging content, monitor performance, and use data to identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, curious, and excited to develop their digital marketing expertise within the rapidly evolving life sciences industry.

IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinate digital campaign activities and timelines in partnership with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Support website updates and optimization efforts to improve the customer experience, engagement, and conversion.
