Account Manager, Home Services Marketing (Remote)

AdeptPlus is a fully remote digital marketing agency built specifically for home service contractors. We work with radon mitigation, water treatment, and chimney and hearth businesses across the country, and we do one thing well: we make the phone ring for owner-operators who would rather be running their crews than figuring out Google.

We are a small team, which means the work is real and the ownership is real. There is no layer of account coordinators between you and the client, and no layer between you and the specialists doing the work. You will know your clients' businesses, their seasons, and their margins.

The role

You will own a book of chimney and hearth clients as their primary strategic contact. That means owning the relationship, owning the results conversation, and owning retention. Over time you may also pick up radon or water treatment accounts as the book shifts.

What you will do

• Serve as the day to day point of contact for a portfolio of contractor clients
• Run monthly and quarterly performance reviews, and explain results in language a business owner actually uses
• Translate client goals into scoped work for our SEO, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, content, web, and design specialists
• Manage scope, timelines, and expectations in both directions, with the client and with the internal team
• Build and pace seasonal campaign strategy so clients are ready before their peak, not during it
• Spot churn risk early and act on it before it becomes a cancellation call
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and make the case for them
• Keep account records, decisions, and next steps documented in our project management and CRM systems
• Partner with operations on billing questions, scope changes, and renewals

What we are looking for

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role, ideally at an agency or in marketing services
• Genuine comfort working
