We are looking for an Online Business Manager- Personal Brand & PR Strategist to build and amplify the personal brand of a founder/executive. The ideal candidate has experience working with individuals who have built a strong personal brand and can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Operate smarter and faster.

Key Details

• Role: Online Business Manager- Personal Brand & PR Strategist
• Location: Remote, US
• Working Days: Mon to Friday - 9 am to 6 pm PST (Inclusive of 1 hour break)
• Role Type - Full-time, Contract(1099)
• Pay Range - $18 to $21 per hour

What Will You Do?

• Develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy aligned with the individual’s goals, expertise, and target audience.
• Manage and strengthen the individual’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and execute social media and content strategies, including content calendars, content themes, storytelling, and audience growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for PR, media features, interviews, podcasts, speaking engagements, and industry events.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, publications, podcast hosts, event organizers, and other relevant media stakeholders.
• Lead PR and media outreach, including pitching stories, preparing outreach campaigns, and coordinating opportunities.
• Develop thought-leadership opportunities that position the individual as an industry expert and credible voice.
• Support preparation for podcasts, interviews, panels, public speaking engagements, and media appearances.
• Translate the individual’s ideas, experiences, and expertise into engaging content and compelling narratives.
• Track content and brand performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize the strategy.
