Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office, Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours. The Role: You, the Team Lead, SEO + GEO, will own a portfolio of $800K–$1MM+ and lead a team of 6–8 people. You will operate as the executive-level SEO/GEO voice across your book of business — owning the C-suite relationship, proving long-term ROI to senior stakeholders, and ensuring the account team is running toward the right goals — while also directly managing, developing, and holding your team accountable to Seer's quality bar. You'll be both the strategic authority your clients trust and the people leader your team relies on for growth, direction, and support.
