Doctor Referral Institute is seeking a highly organized, proactive Success & Growth Manager to support our internal sales team and our healthcare coaching clients.

This is not a traditional customer service position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable holding people accountable, managing activity in Salesforce, following up consistently, coordinating marketing materials, and helping both our team and our clients execute their growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

### Salesforce and Sales Support

• Monitor Salesforce activity, opportunities, tasks and pipelines
• Make sure team members are consistently updating Salesforce
• Identify opportunities that need follow up
• Help keep team members on track
• Maintain accurate and organized Salesforce data
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Provide management with a weekly summary of opportunities, activity and areas needing attention

### Coaching Client Success

• Assist with onboarding new coaching clients
• Help clients stay on track with training, assignments and implementation
• Follow up with clients on outstanding action items
• Assist clients with developing and tracking referral sources
• Identify clients who are falling behind and proactively reengage them
• Coordinate with DRI coaches to ensure clients are progressing

### Marketing Material Coordination

• Coordinate marketing materials for DRI clients
• Help customize flyers, referral materials, presentations and other resources
• Manage templates and client marketing requests
• Work with Canva and other marketing tools
• Ensure clients have the materials needed to successfully market their practices

### Lead Source and Business Development Support

• Maintain DRI's lead source and strategic partner pipeline
• Follow up consistently with potential lead sources and partners
• Help secure introductions to potential
