Meta Ads Campaign Specialist (Trainer/Consultant)

About the Role

I’m looking to hire an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who can provide hands‑on guidance and training on how to properly set up, structure, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns. This role is focused on teaching and consulting, not managing long‑term ads.

You will work directly with me to walk through best practices, build campaigns together, and explain how to use Meta’s tools (Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, audiences, retargeting, and optimization settings).

Responsibilities

• Teach how to set up Meta campaigns inside Ads Manager
• Explain campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and optimization events
• Show how to install, verify, and use Meta Pixel + Conversions API
• Demonstrate how to build audiences (retargeting, lookalikes, broad)
• Review existing boosted posts and recreate them properly in Ads Manager
• Provide guidance on creative testing, scaling, and daily optimization
• Help troubleshoot common Meta issues (disapprovals, learning phase, delivery problems)
• Offer clear, step‑by‑step instruction during live sessions (Zoom or in‑person)
• Provide recommendations tailored to e‑commerce and service‑based businesses

Requirements

• Proven experience running successful Meta ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, and audience building
• Ability to teach complex concepts in simple, clear language
• Experience with Shopify or e‑commerce advertising is a plus
• Ability to provide screen‑share walkthroughs and real examples
• Reliable, professional, and patient teaching style

Ideal Candidate

• Has managed Meta ads for brands, agencies, or e‑commerce stores
• Understands AI Advantage+, retargeting funnels, and scaling strategies
• Comfortable explaining how Meta’s algorithm works
• Can help build a repeatable campaign
