Social Media Specialist

Job Overview

We're looking for someone who knows social media and is good at it. Like, really good!

Not "I've posted before" but "I know what moves the needle for brands".

Seriously, you've gotta love it!

We also want someone who wants to learn. We're growing quickly in the real estate media and marketing space and need someone who cares about the space we're in and genuinly helping our clients.

Oh, we're also finishing up a really cool new studio space in one of the Saco mills!

Duties

Here are some of the things we'll be assigning to you but really, you'll be able to get involved in all sorts of ways if you're willing to put the time in.

• Create content. Lots of content! This will be primarily for Instagram. Photo posts, video posts, trial reels, stories, ads, everything!
• Manage content campaigns, client shoots, and remain SUPER organized.
• Utilize Canva for content creation and template design.
• Work with our clients to understand their brand and translate that into a content stratetgy.
• Capture BTS content of our team. You can never have enough BTS!
• Edit videos, photos, etc.

Qualifications

All that really matters here is that you have experience and are really good at the things we need you to do.

We will want to see examples of your work and social media prowess.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
