### Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, digitally fluent, and highly motivated Junior Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and help build and grow our social media presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who understands social media, loves creating content, and is eager to make an impact. The Junior Social Media Manager will play a hands-on role in developing our social strategy, managing the content calendar, creating campaigns, engaging with our audience, and using data to continually improve performance.

The ideal candidate understands what works across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube and knows how to adapt content, messaging, and tone for each platform.

### Key Responsibilities

* Own and manage the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. * Develop creative content ideas and campaigns that increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, and audience growth. * Write compelling social media posts, captions, headlines, and other short-form content. * Collaborate closely with the Video Content Creator to develop and produce engaging video and social content. * Coordinate with Marketing, Communications, HR, Recruiting, Product, and other teams to identify opportunities for social content. * Schedule and publish content across social media platforms. * Monitor social channels and actively engage with followers, customers, prospects, employees, and other audiences. * Identify trending topics, formats, sounds, hashtags, and conversations that align with the company's brand and audience. * Repurpose existing content into new social media formats and identify opportunities to extend the life of high-performing content. * Track social media performance and provide regular reporting on reach, engagement, audience growth, and other key metrics. *
